Nazionali Orienteering 22-23-24 settembre 2010

Il 22-23-24 settembre la rappresentativa Allieve del Torricelli, composta da Sara Frassineti, Laura Baldrati, Teresa Ambrosini, Valentina Ravaioli e Barbara Giorgi, ha rappresentato l’Emilia-Romagna alla Finale Nazionale di Orienteering che si è svolta in Calabria nel Comune di Saracena. Teatro di gara gli splendidi boschi del Parco Nazionale del Pollino che hanno esaltato l’aspetto tecnico della disciplina e messo a dura prova i concorrenti.

Ottima la prestazione di squadra delle nostre ragazze; 5° nella classifica finale a pochi punti dal podio.

Su tutte l’acuto di Sara Frassineti capace di classificarsi 7^ assoluta nonostante un errore a metà gara che ha in parte compromesso una prestazione da podio. E splendida è stata anche la prestazione delle compagne con il 20° posto di Laura Baldrati, il 23° di Valentina Ravaioli, il 24° di Teresa Ambrosini ( quattro nelle prime ventiquattro!) e il 79° di Barbara Giorgi. Su di loro sono riposte molte aspettative anche per l’edizione del 2011 dei G.S.S. (tutte le ragazze erano al 1° anno di categoria).

Positivi anche gli altri aspetti della trasferta condivisa con la squadra maschile dell’I.T.I.P. Bucci. Assieme a loro tre giornate trascorse intensamente e in perfetta armonia. Un bell’esempio di come andrebbe vissuto lo sport.
